This includes coordinating maintenance and repair services for our shared spaces, managing community staff and contractors, and keeping an open line of communication with residents regarding important updates and concerns

Maintenance of Common Areas

To maintain the beauty and functionality of our neighborhood, we conduct routine inspections of common areas such as the community park, gatehouse, fence line, and entrances. Our team supervises landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, and seasonal upkeep, while also ensuring the park, shelter, and other facilities remain clean and well-maintained. Additionally, we handle the upkeep of the gatehouse and masonry entrances to keep them in top condition.
